Shipping and returns

By purchasing our goods and/or using our services, you accept this Shipping & Return Policy. Please read this Shipping & Return Policy carefully.

The terms used here, unless otherwise defined, have the same meaning as in the Terms and Conditions.

Please note that at the moment, we are unable to offer free shipping to the following countries: New-Zealand, Australia, and China.

At the moment we are unable to ship orders to the Russian Federation and Bahrein.

Delivery times are indicated from the day when the order has been confirmed by Our aim is to fulfill your order in the time scale indicated above, we cannot take responsibility, however, if the delivery time is longer than indicated.

Our distribution centre does not dispatch orders on Saturday, Sunday, and bank holidays of Hungary.  We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.


Although we use all reasonable efforts to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time period, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries or  destruction due to circumstances outside of our control. Our customer service team will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.

INQ Concept is responsible for the customs duty and the customs clearance fee.


You can announce your right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) days of receiving your original order without reasoning. If 14 days have gone by since receiving the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You can announce such right in an expressed statement sent to us to our central email address ( within the above fourteen (14) day deadline. You shall send back the item to us without delay, but within fourteen (14) days from the announcement of your expressed statement (via email) on withdrawal at the latest. Please note, that cost of returns are bared by the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you remove the hangtag, unfortunately we can not take the product back.

To complete your return, we require the original waybill to be included in the package.

Refunds are not granted if any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 14 days after receiving the item.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within fourteen (14) days from the reception of the returned item.

In the unlikely event that you have not received an e-mail within the time period referred to above, please contact us at and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Items with a 50% discount or more can not be refunded. We are able to refund only the sale price of sale items.


We can only accept returns of custom made garments if the items are defective, damaged, or the size is not suitable due to our error.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

You can return any item for a direct exchange within fourteen (14) days of receiving your original order, without reasoning. We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the size is not suitable. Any item returned exceeding the fourteen (14) day return deadline is not be eligible for an exchange.
